DBN000215 – Junior Project Manager – Pinetown
Purpose of the Job:
To support the delivery of BPO and digital transformation projects and ensure they meet timelines, scope, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years’ experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis
- Knowledge of BPO, IT system implementations, or process automation is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or similar field
- Project management certification is desirable
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with ERP systems
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
- Support testing phases to ensure requirements are met
- Assist with reporting and data analysis using ERP systems
