What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll play a critical role in creating a scalable, self-service data platformusing modern Data Mesh principles for a brand-new digital-only bank in NorthernAfrica. This includes designing and maintaining automation frameworks, managingCI/CD pipelines, and orchestrating infrastructure through tools likeKubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab. You’ll work with a modern stack (Iceberg,Kafka, Spark, Trino, and more) to enhance platform automation, reliability, andsecurity. As part of a multidisciplinary and globally distributed team, you’llensure the platform’s performance meets the highest standards whilecontinuously integrating new technologies.

What you’ll need
You’ll bring proven experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, andhands-on skills with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Your background includesscripting, managing cloud and on-prem environments, and working within moderndata architectures. Familiarity with Data Mesh concepts is key, and exposure togovernance or security in banking environments is a bonus.
