Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 / Level 3 Engineer with proven firewall and network security experience to support and manage critical security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage firewalls:
    • FortiGate
    • Cisco ASA / Firepower
    • Palo Alto
    • SonicWall

  • Configure:
    • Firewall rules
    • NAT policies
    • VPN tunnels (site-to-site & client VPN)

  • Troubleshoot:
    • Security incidents
    • Network connectivity issues

  • Monitor firewall logs and alerts
  • Apply security best practices
  • Provide escalation support
  • Network troubleshooting:
    • VLANs
    • Routing
    • WAN connectivity

  • Work closely with SOC & infrastructure teams

Technical Skills Required

  • Firewall administration & troubleshooting
  • VPN technologies
  • Network protocols:
    • TCP/IP
    • DNS
    • DHCP

  • Security incident response
  • Monitoring & logging tools

Exposure to:

    • SIEM platforms
    • Endpoint security solutions

Certifications (Advantageous)

  • Fortinet NSE
  • Palo Alto PCNSA
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CCNA Security

Experience

  • 4–7 years network / security support
  • Hands-on firewall experience essential
  • MSP or enterprise background
