To support, secure, and maintain the organisation’s network and server infrastructure, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT operations across the business.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT and Network Administration
  • Diploma in IT Systems Administration
  • A+ and Network+ certifications
  • MCITP or Microsoft equivalent
  • Routing, switching, VPN
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory and user permissions
  • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Azure AD)
  • Network security, backups, and disaster recovery
  • MikroTik routing and switching experience (advantageous)

Key Performance Areas:

  • Administer and maintain network and server infrastructure
  • Configure and support routing, switching, and VPN environments
  • Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Maintain network security, backups, and recovery processes
  • Support VOIP, hardware, and software systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues
  • Provide reliable internal IT support to business users
  • Maintain system documentation and configurations
