Urgently seeking a scrum master that is fluent in Portuguese
position is fully remote or if based in cape town hybrid
Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support team self-organization.
- Remove impediments and maintain sustainable team pace.
- Coach the Product Owner and wider organization in Agile practices.
- Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and metrics.
- Liaise effectively with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote engineering best practices.
Job Requirements:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, ScrumSense).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dedicated Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and exposure to scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira and Confluence.
