We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Card Operations to join a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in credit card issuing and acquiring processes, who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end business analysis across credit card issuing and acquisition processes.

  • Analyse data from CMS, FAS, and TSYS platforms to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Risk, and Product to design and implement effective business solutions.

  • Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable insights.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, proactive engagement, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal governance frameworks.

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of credit, debit, ATM, and prepaid card products to drive innovation and continuous improvement across multiple regions.

RequirementsMinimum Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Credit Card domain, including Issuing and Acquiring processes.

  • Proven experience working with CMS, FAS, and TSYS systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Relevant industry certifications (Business Analysis, Payments, or Card-related certifications) will be advantageous.
