Summary of role:

The Administrator will be responsible for organizing, structuring, and maintaining historical Engineering documents and folders within SharePoint. The role supports the Engineering team by ensuring documentation is accessible, well-categorised, compliant, and aligned to the company’s records-management standards. This individual will play a key role in improving document governance, cleaning up legacy content, and supporting the migration of files to updated SharePoint sites and libraries.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and organizing our historical Engineering folders and documents on SharePoint to ensure information is accessible and well-structured.
  • Updating the Engineering landing page on the Vault. Content will be provided, and the contractor will be expected to structure the information and layout to enhance usability.
  • Drafting Equipment Approval Certificates where they are missing for current equipment listed. This will involve coordinating with internal personnel and external suppliers to obtain electronic signatures.
  • Potentially creating and drafting Operational Procedures for Equipment for restaurant training purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Matric and a Tertiary qualification
  • Possesses strong analytical, administrative, SharePoint, website design, and training module design skills.
  • Is diligent and detail oriented.
  • Is a self-starter capable of working independently while remaining receptive to guidance and support.
