User Support & Issue Management

  • First-line support for daily system or software related queries
  • Log, track, and investigate system issues
  • Escalate unresolved/systemic issues to System Specialist
  • Identify users struggling with any software and provide guidance

User Training & Enablement

  • Monthly b# training for new starters and existing users
  • Provide basic system guidance and support materials

Data Preparation & System Inputs

  • Build and validate system forms
  • Prepare cash book and GL code forms before loading
  • Track tenant and premises codes

Data Accuracy & Housekeeping

  • Assist with basic data checks
  • Support document attachments and record completeness

Ad Hoc Support

  • Provide operational support to finance, property, and operations teams
