User Support & Issue Management
- First-line support for daily system or software related queries
- Log, track, and investigate system issues
- Escalate unresolved/systemic issues to System Specialist
- Identify users struggling with any software and provide guidance
User Training & Enablement
- Monthly b# training for new starters and existing users
- Provide basic system guidance and support materials
Data Preparation & System Inputs
- Build and validate system forms
- Prepare cash book and GL code forms before loading
- Track tenant and premises codes
Data Accuracy & Housekeeping
- Assist with basic data checks
- Support document attachments and record completeness
Ad Hoc Support
- Provide operational support to finance, property, and operations teams
