The Agile Master (Entry) is responsible for guiding and enabling Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively. The role focuses on servant leadership, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Guide and coach team members on Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery.
  • Foster collaboration within and across teams.
  • Act as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Drive structured planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the team.
  • Monitor Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts) to track delivery performance.
  • Support Product Owner/Initiative Lead with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
  • Promote Agile culture and values within the broader organisation.
  • Support documentation, workshops, and training initiatives.
  • Engage in stakeholder management and proactive communication.
  • Understand technical discussions sufficiently to engage and support decision-making.
  • Assist with onboarding and coaching new team members.
