Our clients in the retail space are on the hunt for a skilled Business Analyst with 8 years of experience with a background or recent experience in Non-Sap Warehouse management system implementation within retail spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Discovery Phase: Contribution to Business Case, High Level Design/Architecture/Requirements
- Plan/ Strategize approach to BA work
- Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
- Conduct Impact Assessments
- Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review
- Document Epics, Features and User Stories (with acceptance criteria)
- Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
- Manage UAT/Testing
- Training
- Support/BAU
Requirements
- Certified BA with over 8 years Retail experience
- Supply Chain experience e.g. Demand/Forecasting (desirable)
- Agile/Waterfall experience
- AI forecasting related systems e.g. Relex (desirable)
Desired Skills:
