Manage and resolve incident and service request tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Interact with 1st and 3rd Level Support to troubleshoot issues.
Ticket handling and dispatching within and across teams.
Cluster incidents, create problem tickets and user stories.
Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
Create and update knowledge base articles.
Identify opportunities to make Operations more efficient (e.g. RPA, AIR etc.)
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or operations.
Essential Skills Requirements:
SAP SuccessFactors Technical Operations experience (all modules).
Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
Familiar with ITIL processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
In-depth technical knowledge in any of the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Ability to perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
Exposure to multinational work environments.
Experience in data analysis and reporting within SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of integration tools related to SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. integration center, CPI).
