Key Responsibilities
- Engage with executive and senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and enterprise priorities
- Develop and maintain a holistic enterprise view of business capabilities, processes, information, and technology landscapes
- Analyse and define current state and future state architectures, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Align business strategy, operating models, and processes with IT and digital strategy
- Produce enterprise-level artefacts such as capability maps, value streams, process models, data flows, and solution architectures
- Facilitate strategic decision-making by translating complex business needs into actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to long-term enterprise goals
- Bridge business and technology by integrating people, processes, data, and systems across the organisation
- Operate across multiple levels of abstraction, from strategic direction to detailed analysis where required
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Business Analysts and contribute to enterprise BA best practices
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related discipline (advantageous)
- IIBA-aligned certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA)
Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience operating at an enterprise or strategic level
- Experience across business, technology, data, and process domains
- Strong track record working in complex, ambiguous environments
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital strategy initiatives
