Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain IT infrastructure, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Assist users with IT issues and help desk requests
  • Support internal system implementations and telephone systems
  • Ensure IT assets are effectively maintained

Qualifications:

  • N+ and A+ certifications
  • 2–3 years IT Admin experience
  • Knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus

The proposed salary for the role is around R18k per month – the final offer will depend on experience and skills.
