Key Responsibilities
- Extract and generate daily machine hours and production reports from the AVA system
- Monitor equipment utilisation, downtime, and operational performance
- Verify accuracy and completeness of system data
- Identify discrepancies or anomalies and escalate where necessary
- Compile and submit accurate daily reports to management
- Assist with system-related administrative and reporting tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good understanding of IT systems and ability to learn new systems quickly
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
