Role Purpose
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end WAN architecture (SD-WAN, MPLS, hybrid connectivity)
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and automated failover
- Define security architecture and secure access to systems, internet, and partners
- Design Primary & Secondary Hosting Centres (PHC & SHC)
- Support SIP trunking and unified communications
- Produce architecture diagrams (HLD/LLD) and technical documentation
- Provide technical leadership across design and implementation

- SD-WAN implementation and integration
- Multi-link connectivity (Fibre, LTE, Microwave, VSAT, APN)
- Hosting / co-location architecture
- Network security services
- Partner connectivity

- WAN solution architecture
- Detailed diagrams and documentation

- Implementation roadmap

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in network/infrastructure solution architecture
- Proven experience with enterprise WAN and SD-WAN environments
Certifications (Mandatory)
- TOGAF 9 or 10
- Cisco CCNP Enterprise or CCIE
- CISSP or CISM
Core Skills
- SD-WAN, MPLS, routing (BGP, OSPF)
- Network security (IPSec, segmentation, secure access)
- Network monitoring and orchestration
- Hosting and hybrid infrastructure design
