- Review and present proposed system solution to IT Project Manager / Leader and User Management or System owner
- Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements
- Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
- Participate in daily stand-ups
- Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
- Assist with training – when required
- Compiling of user and operational manuals
- System audits
- Assist with identification and management of risks
Minimum Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- 6+ years professional experience in enterprise software development
- Proven delivery within complex, global IT landscapes
- Demonstrated seniority through:
- Backend architecture ownership
- Technical decision-making
- Code quality, performance, and stability responsibility
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Senior Full-Stack Software Engineering with backend-centric focus
- Frontend Engineering exposure (Angular & TypeScript) to support end-to-end delivery
- Digital Platform & Web Solution Delivery experience
- Experience working in Agile Working Model (AWM) environments
- Contribution to cross-functional, product-oriented feature teams
- Collaboration within distributed, enterprise IT landscapes
