Duties:
- Business analysis planning and end-to-end BPMN process documentation (ADOIT – L1–L5 across core, support, and management processes).
- Includes process technology documentation, platform deployment, change requests, BPM maturity assessment (tools, reports, strategy), capability proposals, and training/knowledge transfer materials.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- B degree or equivalent (e.g., BTech/BSc/BCom Informatics/Computer Science/Information System/Computer Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Operations Research); and
- Diploma in Business Analysis, and
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in business analysis; and Strong business process mapping, modelling, analysis, continuous improvement, re-engineering, intelligent automation, process mining and citizen development environment management experience;
- Knowledge, experience and qualifications in Financial Markets (added advantage)
- Advanced knowledge of the Business Process Management Domain.
- Experience with Business Process Management Maturity Definition, Assessment and Development.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (essential)
- Proficient in business process analysis, design, and documentation (essential)
- Competent in standard productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, and email) (essential)
- Experience with modelling tools ADOIT (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements
