Functional Lead in Operations team.

Problem identification and solution proposal.

E2E ownership of SD design (across Development and Operations).

Receiving, troubleshooting, resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).

Create and maintain Solution Guides.

Ensure Knowledge Transfer within team.

Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails.

Executing the required changes through configuration.

Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls.

Interact with consultants across broader team locally and abroad.

Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint.

Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.

Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:

Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications.

8 year + experience

Essential Skills Requirements:

SAP SD Certification

Solid SAP SD experience.

Operations experience (ticket handling, problem, incident management).

Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.

Advantageous Skills:

SAP FI Experience

SAP MM Experience

SAP ABAP debugging

IDocs, AIF

SAP S/4 HANA

Jira and Confluence experience.

Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.

Self-motivated and keen attention to detail / time management.
