Senior Test Analyst (SAP Hybris) – 12 Month Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Analyst with strong experience in SAP Hybris to join a dynamic QA team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of a large-scale eCommerce platform, delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience across digital retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for eCommerce applications built on SAP Hybris
- Design, create, and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios using Azure DevOps
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
- Validate critical customer journeys including product catalogue, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, and order management
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure full test coverage
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Provide clear test reporting and ensure adherence to QA best practices
- Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst in large-scale eCommerce environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Hybris testing
- Solid understanding of retail customer journeys and digital commerce platforms
- Experience in web and mobile application testing
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (test management, defect tracking, reporting)
- Experience with API validation and data integrity checks
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environment
