Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for complex digital platforms and enterprise applications. This role requires a hands-on designer with strong experience simplifying complex workflows, operational systems, and data-heavy environments into seamless and engaging user experiences.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into user journeys, interaction models, and developer-ready design specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise and operational systems.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Simplify complex workflows and data-rich interfaces into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and Business stakeholders.
- Conduct usability and interaction design activities to improve product adoption and efficiency.
- Develop responsive and application-based UX solutions across web and digital platforms.
- Produce developer-ready design artefacts, specifications, and documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products or platforms.
- Proven experience designing enterprise or operational systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in senior, hands-on roles.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business).
- Experience in data-heavy, workflow-driven, or decision-support applications is highly beneficial.
- Exposure to agriculture, agri-tech, industrial, or field-based environments is advantageous but not required.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in UX design tools
- Expertise in user journey mapping, interaction design, information architecture, and usability design.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong understanding of responsive and application-based UX patterns.
- Experience producing developer-ready design artefacts and specifications
