ENVIRONMENT:
PROVIDE Enterprise Server support to clients of a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeking its next Senior Server Engineer for its KwaZulu-Natal Division. The ideal candidate must have Grade 12/Matric, Microsoft Certifications such as MCSA 2016 and Vendor Certifications Eg, HPE Dell, Lenovo. You will also need 5 years’ experience in a similar technical role with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems, VMware and Hyper-V hypervisors install and configure experience and experience with Backup products including Veeam & Acronis. You will also require Datacentre deployment knowledge and must be able to work independently and under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
- Matric Grade 12 (Compulsory).
- Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft Platform Certifications.
- Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent.
- Vendor Certifications Eg, HPE Dell, Lenovo.
Experience/Skills –
- 5 Years of solid technical experience.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or higher.
- ITIL v2 Foundation.
- Extensive experience supporting Active Directory and Hyper V.
- Extensive experience supporting multi-Vendor Hardware platforms.
- Backup product.
- MS O365.
- Veeam.
- Deploying Hypervisors.
- Deploying new Hardware and Configuring.
Advantageous –
- Hardware troubleshooting across HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Huawei and other platforms.
