About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic software development environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating workflows across one or two agile teams, ensuring delivery on commitments and project deadlines. This role is ideal for a high-energy, structured, and analytical professional with strong people and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply Agile values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Coach and guide teams in effective Agile methodology application.
- Manage operational activities, tasks, and issues within development teams.
- Oversee delivery of change through Scrum processes.
- Support product owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Remove impediments and ensure collaborative processes are followed.
- Schedule and facilitate Scrum events and decision-making sessions.
- Track progress, provide stakeholder feedback, and measure project performance.
- Perform risk management and escalate issues when necessary.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently with effective multitasking.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant IT Degree (e.g., B.Sc. Information Science).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- 5+ years’ experience in project development within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- 5+ years’ Scrum Master and Project Management experience in software development environments.
- Proficiency with task management tools for Scrum/Kanban boards.
- Proven track record of delivering successful business projects through stakeholder engagement.
