ENVIRONMENT:
Our client is a well-established Wealth Management business seeking an experienced Operations Support professional to join their Cape Town team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background within Financial Services who enjoys process management, administration, client support, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. While the business operates within the Wealth Management sector, this is not a Wealth Manager, Financial Advisor, or Para-Planner career path. They are specifically looking for someone who enjoys and wants to remain within an operational support environment rather than moving into Wealth Management or advisory functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ experience in an Operations, Administration, Client Services, Practice Management, or Operational Support role within Financial Services.
- Strong administrative, organisational, and process management skills.
- Experience supporting advisors, consultants, or client-facing teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial services administration systems.
Advantageous
- Experience within Wealth Management, Investments, Financial Planning, Employee Benefits, Insurance, or related Financial Services environments.
- Exposure to compliance, client onboarding, reporting, or operational process improvement.
