Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end business system implementation projects.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Map system functionality to customer business processes.
  • Configure and customise system solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Develop technical implementation specifications and documentation.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct system, process, and data testing activities.
  • Facilitate user training sessions and support system adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support to business owners, key users, and end users.
  • Work within customer change management and governance processes.
  • Support software upgrades and deployments when required.

Minimum Requirements:

Education

  • Matric + Degree / Diploma
  • 5–8+ years’ experience in SQL Development & Support
  • Proven experience delivering software implementation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
  • Advanced SQL development and database management experience.
  • Experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing, and data validation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.
