Our client, a well-established organisation operating within the process and engineering sector, is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join their team. This is a key role responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across the organisation, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and approved timelines.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring seamless integration with other departments to drive efficient and effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in line with organisational requirements.
  • Coordinate project teams as per project requirements and scope.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and workload planning accordingly.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously when required.
  • Collaborate with other project managers within the team and provide assistance or support on their projects when needed.
  • Oversee project progress, deliverables, and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Manage and maintain all relevant documentation relating to the project.
  • Communicate project updates to relevant parties via appropriate platforms.
  • Coordinate with the procurement department regarding contractor, vendor, and resource management where required.
  • Ensure full compliance with company procedures and systems.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
  • Relevant project management qualification (advantageous).
  • Relevant project management experience (advantageous).
