Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management to support the successful delivery of software development projects
- Gather project information from technical teams and monitor project progress
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Encourage accountability and urgency where required to maintain project momentum
- Review and understand product and system specification documentation
- Assist with project administration, documentation, and reporting activities
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Support ad hoc project-related activities as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Previous exposure to technology or software development environments advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology and software products
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gemini
