Our client is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to join a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment based in Ballito (Umhlali). This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise systems, and automation, focusing on building and deploying autonomous AI-driven workflows for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agentic AI workflows for end-to-end business processes
- Integrate enterprise systems including CRMs, payment gateways, and communication APIs
- Build event-driven automation using webhooks, triggers, and real-time data flows
- Translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders including technical teams and executive leadership
- Design testing frameworks to ensure reliability and safe AI agent performance
- Monitor system performance and optimise AI workflows for measurable ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development or implementation engineering
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and webhook-based architectures
- Experience with data transformation and workflow automation
- Exposure to AI/LLM tools and orchestration is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
