Our client is looking for a highly accomplished Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of major construction and infrastructure developments in Johannesburg. This opportunity is suited to a strategic leader with extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects across a broad range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Develop project execution plans and oversee implementation
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risks
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and client teams
- Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver projects that meet commercial and operational objectives
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc or BEng in Construction Management, or equivalent
- Master of Science in Building (advantageous)
- Professional registration with SACPCMP as a Pr. Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM)
- Significant experience managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership and project delivery capability across diverse market sectors
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
