Duties:
- Manage and automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of development and production environments
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and enhancements
- Proficiently administer multiple operating systems including Linux and Microsoft environments
- Manage and optimise database systems
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to sustain high availability and reliability
- Strengthen infrastructure security through regular audits and enhancements
- Improve development techniques and processes for better scalability and efficiency
- Oversee and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Provide third-line support for system-related issues and queries
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps or cloud engineering
- Strong skills in Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and GitLab
- Solid understanding of system administration across multiple operating systems
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues quickly
