Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access controls.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backups.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system-related issues.
  • Support cloud platforms and virtualization environments.
  • Ensure compliance with security and disaster recovery procedures.

Job Experience & Skills Required

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Systems Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
  • Solid networking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
