Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user access controls.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and backups.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and system-related issues.
- Support cloud platforms and virtualization environments.
- Ensure compliance with security and disaster recovery procedures.
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Systems Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Solid networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
