We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the Ghana Transition Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, with a proven ability to manage complex transitions involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end transition of IT services and infrastructure for the Ghana office
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of systems
- Oversee domain migrations, network configurations, and M365 environment setup
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership
RequirementsRequired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in a transition or transformation environment
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking principles and infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 (M365) Domain migrations
- Company transitions and IT integration
- Experience with COTS systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
- Experience in multinational or cross-border IT projects
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
