We are looking for an Intermediate Full-Stack Software Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both frontend and backend technologies, takes ownership of their work, and wants to contribute to the delivery of production-grade systems.

Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will help design, develop, and maintain applications that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, including:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
  • Build responsive frontend interfaces and robust backend services
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in system design discussions and technical planning
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise application performance
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

RequirementsExperience

  • 2–5 years of professional software development experience
  • Experience developing full-stack web applications
  • Ability to independently deliver well-defined features with minimal supervision

Technical Skills

Frontend

  • React, Angular, [URL Removed] or similar JavaScript frameworks

Backend

  • Python, Java, Node.js, or similar backend technologies

Databases

  • SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases

Additional Experience

  • REST API development and integration
  • Git version control
  • Understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns

Advantageous Skills

Experience with:

  • AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Docker and containerisation
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Microservices architecture

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or another STEM-related field
