What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll be designing, developing and improving enterprise-grade applications while working alongside international teams and technical experts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and enhancing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Designing scalable solutions that solve real business challenges
- Modernising and streamlining existing code, APIs and integrations
- Integrating ServiceNow with SAP and other enterprise platforms
- Developing new functionality using modern ServiceNow capabilities
- Supporting and improving ServiceNow service structures
- Creating technical documentation, user guides and operational manuals
- Collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders across global teams
- Contributing ideas that improve processes, governance and overall platform performance

- SAP Analytics Cloud

- Power BI
- Agile or SAFe environments
- ITIL V4
- German language skills
- Technical governance experience
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement
You don’t need to tick every single box, but ideally you’ll have:
- A qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience working with international teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems
