Our client is seeking an experienced System Analyst to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective software and integration solutions. This fixed-term opportunity is suited to a technology professional with strong systems analysis, development lifecycle and stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate system solutions.
- Design software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Develop and implement systems across multiple technology environments.
- Perform system maintenance, enhancements and ongoing technical support.
- Conduct system testing to ensure quality, functionality and alignment with requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and contribute to the definition of system requirements.
- Apply systems analysis and design techniques throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Work with databases and Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
- Manage key client and stakeholder relationships within the ICT environment.
- Prepare and deliver technical and business presentations where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar BTech qualification in an ICT-related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience working with ICT technologies.
- Strong knowledge of information systems and systems analysis and design.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics technologies.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, including BPMN.
- Understanding of databases and multiple technology environments.
- Sound knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Advanced understanding of Information Technology concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
