Exclusive Networks has announced a major expansion of its strategic alliance with independent identity partner Okta.
Under the broadened agreement, Exclusive Networks will drive Okta distribution, channel enablement and pipeline growth across sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), enabling regional partners to capture escalating demand for human and machine identity security.
Organisations throughout Sub-Saharan Africa are rapidly leapfrogging traditional IT architecture in favour of cloud-native systems, mobile-first operations, and expanded digital services. While this digital acceleration opens vast economic potential, it simultaneously creates complex attack surfaces. Modern cyber threats increasingly exploit compromised credentials, reinforcing identity as the fundamental perimeter for modern enterprise defence.
By deepening their partnership across Sub-Saharan Africa, Exclusive Networks and Okta aim to streamline how enterprise customers and mid-market organisations secure their workforce and customer applications. Exclusive Networks will oversee channel strategy for Okta’s Workforce Identity and Customer Identity platforms, helping local partners address stringent regional data protection standards.
Exclusive Networks will support Okta’s regional development with dedicated local resources to upskill and scale the partner ecosystem:
- Targeted Market Enablement: Tailored channel campaigns designed to drive opportunities in high-growth sectors, including fintech, telecom, healthcare, and retail.
- Specialised Engineering Support: Direct access to local pre-sales specialists, technical design validation, and proof-of-concept facilities to shorten sales cycles.
- Flexible Commercial Models: Strategic financing and consumption options engineered to accommodate dynamic business needs across diverse SSA economies.
Stefan Van de Giessen, GM : sub-Saharan Africa at Exclusive Networks, says: “Digital acceleration in Sub-Saharan Africa is happening at a phenomenal pace, making identity management the vital foundation of modern cybersecurity.
