Our client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within an established IT environment.
The role will focus on facilitating effective Scrum practices, supporting delivery teams and helping maintain a productive Agile environment throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
- Support teams in applying Scrum principles and Agile ways of working
- Identify and help remove impediments affecting delivery
- Promote collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement
- Work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders
- Support effective planning and delivery throughout the SDLC
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience as a certified Scrum Master
- Proven Scrum experience within an SDLC / IT environment
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
