Logistics platform Shiprazor is integrating The Courier Guy Locker into its platform ahead of Black Friday. This gives participating online retailers a collection option for shoppers who cannot be home to receive their orders.
The integration will give merchants access to more than 2500 The Courier Guy Locker locations through Shiprazor’s existing platform, without having to build a separate integration. Retailers will be able to offer Locker collection alongside door-to-door delivery.
A missed delivery can mean another delivery attempt, more administration for the retailer and another arrangement for the customer. During Black Friday, when shoppers may be receiving several orders, coordinating those deliveries can quickly become inconvenient.
“During Black Friday a missed delivery means having to arrange another, and more customer queries for retailers to handle. Customers also don’t want to plan their day around being home for a courier. Adding The Courier Guy Locker to Shiprazor gives retailers a collection option they can offer through the platform they already use,” says Sahil Affriya, founder and CEO of Shiprazor.

Customers select a Locker location at checkout or as their collection point. Once their parcel arrives, they receive a notification with a secure collection PIN or QR code and have three days to collect it. Collection is subject to the location’s operating hours and access restrictions.
