Cell C has announced the appointment of Mohammed Hariri as a director and chairman of the Cell C board.
Hariri takes over the position of chairman from Simon Duffy, who tendered his resignation from the board. Hariri is the chairman of the board of Oger Telecom, Cell C’s majority shareholder.
He also serves as chairman of a number of international companies and acts as vice-chairman: finance and investment of Saudi Oger, where he has been a member of the company’s management for over 30 years.
