Following a first foray into South Africa’s light production printing earlier this year, Sharp Middle East and Africa will showcase its latest high performance multi-function document systems at Africa Print Expo 2013.
Operating at stand G31-G38 with local partner Pinnacle Business Solutions at the event, Sharp Middle East and Africa will feature two of its Advanced Light Production Printing Systems.
Perfect for heavy-duty printing, the MX-M1204/1054/904 Series guarantees high productivity and enhanced reliability at the touch of a user-friendly control panel. Built for high volume, the new MX-M1204/M1054/M904 Series boasts impressive B/W speeds of 120, 105, and 90 cpm/ppm respectively.
The standard paper capacity 3 100 sheets can be upgraded to 13 500 sheets for high-volume work. With an intermediate toner hopper and advanced feeding features, the MX-M1204/1054/904 is designed to run without interruption and allows a dramatic increase in productivity.
Quality stays uncompromised with a 1 200 dpi output and a wide range of fine finishing options, including three stapling positions, saddle stitch finishing capability, a trimming module and a folding unit.
“Performance and durability drive our innovation process to make digital printing smarter, greener and more efficient.
“With the MX-M1204/1054/904 Series and the MX-7500N Series, Sharp is proud to introduce high productivity, best-in-class reliability and increased ease-of-use for high-volume offices and light production environments in South Africa, where the printing industry has become a dynamic sector within the market place,” says Tomoo Shimizu, director, Business Solutions Division, Sharp Middle East and Africa.
With the MX-7500N/MX-6500N, Sharp presents two versions of an innovative, high-speed colour digital system that takes image quality and consistency to new heights. Its amazing imaging capabilities in combination with a sturdy construction, professional feature set and attractive affordability make this the ideal light production print solution for CRDs, print providers and high-volume offices.
Sharp’s advanced colour processing technologies bundled with fiery option makes the MX-7500N/MX-6500N an absolute color precision output device. The 15,4-inch capacitive touch screen supports multi touch gesture with highly productive GUI interface embedded with fiery control from the same display panel.
Solely dedicated to commercial and digital printing, Africa Print Expo 2013 takes place from 21 to 23 August 2013 at the Sandton Convention Centre in Johannesburg. Previous editions of the exhibition welcomed up to 6 300 visitors eager to discover more about suppliers, manufacturers, software, media and consumables covering the entire commercial and digital print process.
As it aims to educate and inspire its visitors on the powerful capabilities and commercial benefits of digital print as a complementary element of the business system, Africa Print Expo focuses on the innovative and cost-effective capabilities of short-run, variable data, personalised print.
