Alan Knott-Craig, the CEO of Cell C, has suffered a minor stroke.
According to a statement from Cell C, he is currently recovering in hospital and responding well to treatment. He is expected to make a full recovery.
Cell C chief commercial officer, Jose Dos Santos will act as CEO until Knott-Craig returns to work.
Knott-Craig previously served as CEO of Vodacom; prior to which, he was senior GM: mobile communications at Telkom.
