National retailer outsources the ICT Infrastructure to facilitate expansion – Integr8
One of the largest national retailers has outsourced the support of its ICT infrastructure to Integr8, in order to facilitate its rapid expansion into new areas & regions, and with store upgrades.
Multiserv is the largest and most reputable shoe repair and allied service chain in Southern Africa. The franchise business is rapidly growing and there are plans underway to expand the operation with new locations, ranges and store upgrades.
Technical services are critical to this expansion and level of operation.
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) in place ensures that Integr8 will support and manage Multiserv’s infrastructure and also address any issues that may arise. Multiserv’s entire Active Directory, Exchange, and complete Microsoft technologies, now falls under Integr8.
As a fast-emerging multinational, Multiserv has presence in key regions throughout the country and its coverage also extends to rural areas.
Integr8 was selected as the service provider of choice not only because of its extensive experience and leadership position in the market, but also because of its ability to handle the technical requirements that are associated with rapid expansion – including the necessary skills sets and experience to consult meaningfully on technical roadmaps.
Executive management at Multiserv identified Integr8’s agility, proven track record, quick turnaround time and its national footprint to support expansion as additional reasons why the managed ICT services provider was selected.
Bennie Strydom, chief sales officer at Integr8, says, “We are very proud of the relationship we have with Multiserv. There is now a foundation for the reliable and consistent procurement of ICT equipment. It is most definitely a win-win situation.”
