Bytes acquisition given the go-ahead

The Competition Tribunal has approved Bytes People Solutions’ acquisition of the business of Inter-Active Technologies. The agreement, as approved by the Commission, will be effective from 3 March 2015. The acquisition will involve the transfer of the employees and contracts of Inter-Active Technologies into Bytes People Solutions.
