Telkom, BCX extend deadline for merger

Telkom and Business Connexion (BCX) now expect their merger to be completed by 31 March, instead of at the end of January as originally anticipated. The merger still needs to be approved by the Competition Commission of SA, the Common Marked for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Commission and the Independent Communications Authority of SA (ICASA).
